By accessing Maa ilay's website (https://maailay.com), mobile application, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
OUR SERVICES
Maa ilay provides:
- E-commerce platform for organic snacks and groceries
- Fresh milk delivery subscription services
- Online ordering and payment processing
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
- You must be 18+ years to create an account
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
- All prices in INR and subject to change
- Payment required at time of order
- We accept payment through Cashfree payment gateway
- Order confirmation sent via email/SMS
DELIVERY
- Delivery to Tamil Nadu
- Delivery times as specified during checkout
- Customer must be available to receive perishable goods
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address are non-refundable
MILK SUBSCRIPTION
- Daily/weekly milk delivery as per subscription
- Can pause or cancel subscription anytime
- Minimum 24-hour notice for changes
- No delivery on public holidays (unless specified)
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- Products subject to availability
- We reserve the right to limit quantities
- Organic products sourced fresh - variations may occur
PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Use our service for illegal purposes
- Violate any applicable laws
- Attempt to harm or exploit our platform
- Share account credentials
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maa ilay is not liable for:
- Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
- Natural variations in organic products
- Allergic reactions - check product descriptions
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Maa ilay is our property or licensed to us.
CHANGES TO TERMS
