PERISHABLE PRODUCTS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh milk, dairy products, organic snacks, and groceries), we do not accept returns or exchanges once delivered.

REFUNDS ARE ONLY PROVIDED FOR:

  • Damaged products upon delivery
  • Spoiled or expired products received
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Missing items from your order

REFUND CONDITIONS:

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of damaged/spoiled products required
  • Refund requests sent to info.maailay@gmail.com
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method

MILK SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS:

  • Cancel anytime before next delivery
  • No refunds for current day's delivery
  • Paused subscriptions can resume anytime
