DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver across Tamil Nadu. Enter your pincode during checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Milk Delivery:

• Daily delivery: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Subscription-based service
• Available in select areas of Tamil Nadu
• No delivery on public holidays (unless pre-arranged)

Groceries & Snacks Delivery:

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Same-day/Next-day delivery*
• Orders after 12:00 PM: Next-day delivery
• Delivery window: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• *Same-day delivery available in Puducherry and nearby areas only

DELIVERY CHARGES

• Free delivery on orders above ₹500
• Delivery charge of ₹30-80 for orders below ₹500 (varies by location)
• Milk subscription: Free daily delivery in service areas
• Remote areas may have additional delivery charges

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

• Valid phone number and complete address required
• Customer or authorized person must be available
• For perishable items, immediate receipt recommended
• Contactless delivery available on request

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Puducherry & nearby: 1-2 days
• Other Tamil Nadu cities: 2-4 days
• Remote areas: 3-5 days

FAILED DELIVERIES

• If customer unavailable, we will attempt contact
• Perishable items cannot be re-delivered
• No refunds for failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability

PACKAGING

• Eco-friendly packaging used where possible
• Milk delivered in reusable/returnable bottles
• Proper insulation for temperature-sensitive products
• Special packaging for long-distance deliveries
